Directions:

The Springfield MA clinic is located in the back side of the former Basketball Hall of Fame building next to LA Fitness. Take Exit 6 off of Route 91 and follow the signs for the Hall of Fame. There is preferred parking and handicap parking in the small lot outside of our entrance. There is also ample parking in the Visitor Information Center adjacent to our facility
